pete was wonderful he was cute i was shown to my room i received explanations regarding anything i needed to know i have booked to return it was a sweet gesture. the room was clean it had a nice big size that was perfect for my family
the beds weren't the comfiest we had no curtains it was just like an office blind so light from the road and lights from the pier were shining in the bedroom it lit up at night. there were no staff around when checking out i literally dropped the keys in the basket

the location was perfect. i was close to all attractions, especially pleasure beach. the breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options available each morning. the sea view from my room was amazing and contributed to a very enjoyable visit.
The front of the building needs some painting work. It looked a little tired.

the location was very convenient , being right opposite the south pier.
the room seemed okay at first , but i noticed the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. there was a chip under the table. the coffee cups and plastic cups near the kettle were dirty , they had coffee and tea stains.

Our room was a generous size and the beds were really comfortable. The location was great, providing easy access to attractions. I found the staff helpful (they provided extra towels immediately upon request) and very cute.
The elevator was a bit slow during peak hours.
